Sunsun Ventures was created out of strategic thinking. After the Corona period, many employees found themselves working from home, and it was proven that their productivity did not decrease, and even increased.

Furthermore, their family life has improved.

People found themselves more creative and productive, and sought the path to financial independence.

There was a desire for people to realize themselves and to work together and separately.

A completely different world was created.

We founded the “Sunsun” ecosystem from conversations and learning from many entrepreneurs, who had innovative ideas but could not enjoy their fruits due to lack of knowledge, management, and available funds.

In order to implement something innovative and high-quality, we chose to receive the most comprehensive legal, business and financial advice from reputable experts in Israel and around the world.

The structure of the holdings, rights and benefits described below is quite unique in the high-tech market, and provides special advantages as follows:

The first:

Giving entrepreneurs the chance to choose and lead the hi-tech venture that suits them best and take over the role of CEO in such ventures.

The second:

The CEOs of the venture company will receive holdings in its venture as well as having the right to enjoy the successes of other venture companies, which are part of the Sunsun ventures Ten percent of each venture company is held by a joint holding company of all the Sunsun ventures.

The third:

Providing expert consulting services to venture companies without requiring a fee from the venture company.

The fourth:
